Male Hair Trends 2016

For several years we have accepted and included them openly and without prejudice, in our world of beauty and health. The modern man is no longer a caveman and you know that we love how handsome and sexy they look, each in their own style. Here you can find various styles of male hair cuts that are trendy through 2016.

Basic Tips #11 Beauty: Gym Kit

My advice is to look for a small or medium bag with handle if possible, and fill it with miniatures of your own products. Here I made a small list of what you need:

WIPES: Use them to remove make-up before exercise. Search for the ones without alcohol and without the antibacterial ingredient triclosan, which can irritate and dry the skin.

DEODORANT: Buy the miniature version of your choice.

BRUSH AND FLEXIBLES TO PICK THE HAIR: Keep these on hand to keep the hair off your face.

SUNSCREEN: Before leaving home, apply a good sunscreen with SPF 30 minimum. (This is a must if you exercise outdoors)

TISSUES AND HAND SANITIZERS: Every woman should have them in her purse or wallet for emergencies.

Health/Beauty: Basic Tips #7 HONEY

Technically, honey is not organic, but is such a common ingredient in natural products that I had to include it. Honey helps the skin retain moisture, which is why it is so effective for dry skin ingredient. It is also an anti-inflammatory and soothes irritated skin.

What do we know about it?

The inhabitants of mountain villages in northern India and Pakistan use honey very often as a moisturizer. These are places where temperatures drop drastically during the winter and where dry skin is a problem.

Do it yourself (DIY) Honey Facial Mask:

Heat a cup of honey in a pot, clean and exfoliate your face. Then apply a layer of warm honey (HOT NO) on your face with a small brush or your fingers. Let it set for ten minutes and rinse your face gently with warm water and dry with a towel. Your face will feel very sweet!

Beauty and Health: Basic Tips #4 Hair

When life becomes overwhelming, it helps to find tranquility in the things that make you feel better: good food, friends and a spectacular hair. Hahaha!

Today’s products or techniques can save you from looking like the Lion King.

Greasy roots: When you have literally just a minute before having to leave, spray your greasy roots with a hair spray, then take a quick blast of hot air with the hair dryer for 10 min. Another option is to sprinkle in your hands a little of baby powder and run your hands through your hair, do not overdo the amount! The idea isn’t to end up looking like Cruella de Ville with white hair.

Reinforce hairstyle: For the hairstyle to last longer, spray it with a hair spray and shake your hair down. Then run your hands with your hair and comb it to your liking.

Corkscrew uncorking: If you have curly hair and want to revive your hair, drizzle it with a little water. This reactivates the hair products you wore in the morning.

Keep shine: If your hair has lost its shine, return it. Apply an ointment, hair cream or a few drops of almond oil.

Basic Tips # 3: Avocado

The avocado is a great moisturizer for hair and dry skin. It is rich in vitamin E and moisturizing oils, and it’s easily absorbed by the body.

What do we know about it?

Avocado treatments for hair are popular, especially in Latin America, where it grows everywhere in season and is very healthy.

Do it yourself (DIY): Guacamole Mask for hair:

If your hair is brittle and tends to break, try this deep conditioner. Puree a ripe avocado, so ripe it look ready to eat and add an egg and two tablespoons of olive oil.

Massage it on your wet hair, place your hair in a shower cap and leave it on about 10-15 min up to 30 min. Rinse and shampoo and apply one drop of conditioner on the ends.

Basic Tips #2: What´s in your purse?

Before launching to the wild world out there, here are some beauty tips to take with you in your purse:

Concealer: Instead of using base, you can simply use a concealer to hide imperfections, broken capillaries and discoloration on the face. Find a dual concealer palette and mix shades to perfectly match your skin.

Lip Balm: Everyone gets dry lips, and a little moisturizer not only feels good, but can heal chapped lips. It’s also great to massage your cuticles and quickly put it in dry areas of the skin.

Mascara: It’s fast and easy to put on some mascara. It costs little and the benefits are enormous. The power that the mascara has to highlight the eyes, makes them hard to ignore. If you like the definition of your lashes using a black mascara, but not its thickness, try a transparent or a brown one, that are softer.
