Today I’ll show you how to PREPARE MY FAMOUS Aji Dulce/Sweet pepper Chutney. It’s so Delicious and you can eat it WITh almost anyTHING FROM CHICKEN to bread, CASAva or on top of a BAKED BRIE cheese. Everyone IN MY HOUSE LOVE THIS RECIPE AND it doesn’T LAST A WEEK IN THE FRIDGE. Here is the Recipe:
270 GRAMS OF SEEDLESS SWEET PEPPERs/Aji dulces
3 small or 2 medium red onions
80g (1/3 cup)LIGHt SUGAR OR SWEETENER
80g (1/3 cup) WATER
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
CUT THE SWEET PEPPERs AND ONIONS IN SMALL SQUARES.
IN A SKILLET COOKING nonstick BIG 5 minutes on medium
Add sugar and water, SIMMER DOWN.
ADD WINE VINEGAR AND LEMON
LEt the ingredients caramelize
remove from fire AND RESERVE IN A SEALED GLASS CONTAINER AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. WHEN it COOls down to put it in the fridge.
