Monday-> CARDIO SESSION OF 10 MIN. (During the day do 2 more CARDIO)
Tuesday-> 10 MIN SESSION ABDOMINAL EXERCISES (2 sessions of 10 minutes CARDIO)
Wednesday-> 10 MIN SESSION OF CARDIO (2 sessions CARDIO)
Thursday-> 10 MIN SESSION OF LEGS AND BUTTOCKS (2 SESSIONS CARDIO)
Friday-> 10 MIN SESSION OF CARDIO (2 sessions CARDIO)
Saturday-> 10 MIN SESSION of ARMS EXERCISEs (2 sessions of 10 MIN OF CARDIO)
DOMINGO> RELAX
